Ziegler was engaged in Breast Cancer Walks and served as a counsellor for children at Camp Del Corazon. The organization is dedicated to helping kids with heart diseases. Ziegler continues to regularly donate platelets and blood at Children's Hospital. Bodybuilder and television actress Ziegler was a part of Bones Castle Cold Case Hawaii Five-0.
